Safeguarding the interests of our students
SIMM takes a serious view on protecting the interests of our students.
- We have a Service Commitment Policy, which amongst other things, clearly spells out the terms and conditions for refund of course fees.
- We have in place a Fee Protection Scheme with Lonpac Insurance Bhd as stipulated by the Committee for Private Education (www.cpe.gov.sg) in the form of Industry-Wide Course Fee Protection Insurance Scheme (IWC).
Ensuring the quality of our education
We understand that an education is a form of investment and hence, we spare no efforts to maintain the quality of our education.
- We have a strong teaching staff of 60 part-time lecturers with vast industry experience.
- The Teacher-Student ratio for each class is 1:50
