This module equips participants with the fundamental knowledge and skills on planning process that includes working with different types of plans, using different approaches to planning and how to plan effectively.

 

Apply Project Management Skills
This module equips participants with the essential knowledge and skills to achieve successful completion of specific project goals and objectives by a specific time, within budget and according to specification. It involves managing the phases of project life cycle that include initiating, planning execution, controlling and monitoring and closing.

 

Manage Process Improvement
This module equips participants with the essential knowledge and skills in bringing the resources and processes together to achieve the organizational set goals using variety of process improvement methodologies. It involves adopting a systematic approach in improving a process through process mapping, analyse the process and redesign the process.

 

Manage Quality System and Processes
This module familiarizes participants with the national and/or international standards on quality management and quality services adopted by organisations. It also facilitates participants to acquire the knowledge and skills in managing quality system and processes at the workplace that include managing customer expectations on quality aspects, monitoring the cost of quality and assuring work processes are performing in an acceptable manner using statistical techniques.
